WILIGEAR support team is always ready to help you with a technical problems related to our products. The offered assistance includes consultations, help with configuration of products and other problem analysis and solutions for them.
We encourage our customers to use the new WIKI - a valuable resource library for knowledge sharing and documentation. Feel free to post questions and issues on the support FORUM as other customers can also benefit from your questions and provide advice or recommendations. Our support team continuously monitors the support FORUM and will kindly answer all questions in the order in which they are received.
FREE SUPPORT
If you have purchased any WILIGEAR product, you will receive free support for the first 5 days after delivery. Free support includes consultations on installation and setting up initial configuration, as well as problem analysis and solutions.

EXTENDED SUPPORT
All WILIGEAR customers are able to extend support for their WILIGEAR product purchase for up to one month, or even a full year. Only extended support users receive support by phone as well as unlimited incident support. The extended support also includes priority response to reported problems, setting up and testing of custom configuration files, problem analysis and solutions, as well as response to new feature requests. You will also be guided on how to configure any of the WILIGEAR products.
